Authority and compliance

You confirm that you are authorized to offer each service and will maintain all licences, permits, insurance, qualifications, tax registrations, safety procedures, and consumer disclosures required for it. TourPlug's approval of a listing is content moderation, not certification of your business.

Accurate listings

Keep prices, availability, locations, images, inclusions, exclusions, accessibility information, age or health restrictions, and cancellation rules complete and current. Do not use misleading rankings, reviews, scarcity claims, credentials, or photos. You are responsible for rights to the content you upload and grant TourPlug a non-exclusive licence to display it for marketplace operation and promotion.

Bookings and service delivery

Honor confirmed bookings, communicate essential details promptly, provide the advertised service with reasonable care and skill, and protect travelers' safety and personal information. Do not move a TourPlug-originated booking off-platform to evade agreed fees or safeguards.

Pricing, fees, taxes, and payouts

Prices must include mandatory charges unless the listing clearly discloses how they are calculated. The applicable subscription, commission, refund, chargeback, and payout rules are those accepted in your plan or commercial agreement. You are responsible for your taxes and accurate payout details. TourPlug may withhold or offset amounts reasonably connected to refunds, disputes, fraud, or legal requirements.

Cancellations, complaints, and records

Follow the published cancellation terms and cooperate promptly with support investigations. Keep reliable booking, fulfilment, licence, and tax records for the period required by law. Notify TourPlug immediately of safety incidents, data breaches, regulatory action, or any issue that materially affects a listed service.

Monitoring and suspension

TourPlug may review, pause, edit for clarity, or remove listings and may restrict an account where needed to protect users, investigate complaints, enforce marketplace rules, or comply with law. The general Terms of Service also apply.
